Can I still get services if I’m not a subscriber?

Yes you can, but you will be limited in times you can get services and are subject to higher prices offered to the general public.

Where are your regular locations for general services?

We have 2 locations that we swap every week for providing general services.

Will you actually come to my house?

For residential packages, we agree to a location within walking distance in your neighborhood at an agreed upon spot with your HOA and/or apartment complex.

Do you take walk in’s or are you appointment only?

Yes and No… If we have scheduled time slots secured with our residential or corporate subscribers, we do not take walks ins during those hours… We only take walk-ins when we are parked at our regular locations for general services throughout the Greater Omaha Area.

As a subscriber, do I have to wait for services?

There is little to no wait. As a subscriber, during your monthly visits you do not have to fight with the general public for appointment times.

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes, but we do require notification of cancellation at least 10 days before the end of the last month of payment.
